Application for All Our Shows

Instructions for applying
* Fill out application contract. Prices are for standard size 10 ft. x 10 ft. booths.
* Mail us your application, keeping the bottom copy for your files.
* Include three photos of your work and display to be judged.
* Give a brief description of your work or demonstration.

Each show will require separate deposit checks of $100 per booth. Booth balance is to be paid in full, twenty-one days prior to each Show. Each requires a personal check or money order for the balance of each show.

*IMPORTANT: Payment is to be received twenty-one days prior to show date. If late please notify our office. We try to be courteous to you by holding your booth as long as possible. Please ALWAYS contact us if you must cancel.
